Just a quick note for anybody that wishes to install Web Interface 4.1 but do not wish to use the SmartAccess functionality.

You will still need to apply this hotfix in order to get the Access Suite Console to be able to manage WI 4.1 sites even if you are not using AGE, the Citrix tech articles don't makes this clear and infer that you only need these fixes for AGE.
