Wanted to share a recent issue with you. Customer had AAC 4.2 along with CAG 4.2. Webmail was configured to use WebMail interface pointing to an Exchange 2003 server. We had two test users for who we couldn't view their email. We then noticed that the mail profile was not getting created on the AAC server despite appropriate admin rights.
The answer was that the mail boxes had been hidden from the GAL. This was enough to stop the mail profile being created. Unhiding the mailbox from the GAL enables the mail profile to be created and webmail to work afterwards.
Hope this helps someone!

Steve, where can I check the profiles on the AAC box?
Tim
Hi Tim,
On the AAC server, look in C:\Program Files\Citrix\Access Gateway\Temp. The profile files will be in there.
Are you having any specific issues?
