Hey all,

We are seeing some strange things with Firefox and I was hoping someone might be able to help!

When logging into our AAC (v4.2) an end user is displayed a portal page that has a list of links on it.  One of the links is to our ticketing system (Request Tracker) which is configured to use passed crtedenmtials to allow a "single signon" scenario for the end user.  I have created a web resource for the ticketing system and configured it to use "integrated web authentication" and it works perfectly when using IE to browse to the AAC site.

When using Firefox or Mozilla to access the site our users are unable to get into the ticketing system.  The title of the window that comes up is "Credentials failed!" and the user is presented with "To access this resource, enter your username, password, and domain information and click Log on." and a dialog for the user to enter their credentials.  No matter what valid crendentials I enter into the dialog I cannot get the user logged into the web site.   I can't find an event in the event log to correspond with the issue.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
