I have been working on this for awhile now and seen to come to a dead end. I know it is probably something simple and that is what is upsetting me. Here is my problem:

I am able to access the access center through http://AACservername/citrixlogonpoints/remote but when I do it from the CAG address it fails and it does the same thing remotely.

I have seen similar problems but I have not seen any resolution or at least one that I can see. I would appreciate any help at all on this issue.

Can you provide a few more details??  What version of AAC are you running?  What version of CAG are you running?  When you say "it fails" can you be more specific?  Can you login?  Once you login are you being forwarded to the NavUI or another resource?

AAC version 4.2

CAG version 4.2

I get a login screen but on the login screen all the images are not showing and once I login I get page cannot be displayed. When I login I have it pointed to a access center.

CAG v4.2 not v4.2.1??  The reason I ask is that the most recent rev is v4.2.1 which is what we are running.

Do you have the CAG configured to be administered via the AAC (see attached screenshot)???  The CAG will not integrate properly with the AAC unless this is configured.

We have 4.2 build 11-21-2005

And yes I do have the AAC added to it.

Hi,

In the ASC select your Access Gateway. Does it report a 'Success' and '200 OK' for Configuration Status and details. ?

If not check you have TCP ports 9001 - 9005 open from your AAC Server to the Access Gateway.

Regards,

there were some mis-configuration in the router and now it seems to work a little better. But now I am getting a script error when it opens the CDA for PS4. Any suggestions?
