I need to filter the authentication level dependant on the result of an endpoint scan.

eg, endpoint scan for domain membership. If it fails user gets 2 factor authentication login window, if its successful user gets username and password only.

Anyone know how to do this?

Which 2 factor authentication system are you using?

This can be done using a 2 factor EPA scan from www.epafactory.com

Be chaining the scans together you can achive the results you are after.
