Dear EPAFactrory-Team,

one of our customer bought your Scanengine for etrust. We imported the scanpackage succesfully, but have problems with the configuration. The description in the wizard gives the instruction to enter the values for pattern, version and engine as xx.xx.xx.xx.

The following etrust version is used on the clients:

eTrust Antivirus
Product Version 7.1.501
Engine: Signature Version =23.71.77
Scan Engine: InoculateIT
Virus Patern: Version=23.71, Build Number=77
Driver Information: 5.0.6100.1**

We connect the scan to our default Logon Point.
If we enter 0.0.0.0 or 0 or 00.00.00.00 the scan-result is "true" and the Logon Point will be displayed. If we enter anything else like 1, 1.0, 1.0.0, 1.0.0.0, 01.00.00.00, 23.0.0.0, 23.21.77.00, 23, 23.71, 23.71.00.00 etc. for Engine- or Pattern-Version the scan-result is "false".
For 'minimum version' we can enter anything we want; like 7.1, 1, 0, 8, 8.1, 8.5 and the scanresult is always wrongly true.

Can you give us more detailed instructions to configure your scan package, please!
