Im having trouble getting the event consolidator to work. I have selected to log all events in the access gateway settings, go into the even consolidator and set it to collect (poll time is 15 seconds)... but nothing ever appears.
Anyone else ever seen this, Im sure its something really simple, but I am having trouble tracking it down...

Hi,
The Event Log Consolidator does not seem to work once the AAC Event log gets over a certain size. Try clearing the log, generate some activity and then see if the consolidator works then?

It has been fed back directly into development so hopefully will be resolved at some point!
I have had this escalated with Citrix for a short time, and a fixed version of code is now available privately. I am not sure when it will be officially released yet. I have tested the patch and it does seem to have fixed my issues. Now it displays old logs, and lets me set the age audit log to greater than 5 mb. HTH
