How can I access a remote client from my internal network.  That is, I have my laptop VPN'd using Secure Access Client.  I can access everything on my internal network.   Now I have a desktop on my internal network.  I would like to be able, from my internal machine, to map a drive to my external machine and copy files.

I need to be able to assist my external users.  I can ping the IP address that was assigned by my IP pool, but I can't do anything else.  For some reason the machine is not getting registered in WINS so I can't do anything by name.

In the future, I am sure that I will not only want to do this from an internal machine, but also from my machine that is VPN'd.  I am going to be expected to help remote users while I, myself, am remote.

Any suggestions?
