When trying to access default LogonPoint or user-defined LogonPoint (it makes no difference) getting the login page but no pictures are shown.
Entering the credentials and klicking ok generates an 404 Error "Page not found".
Equipment: AAC 4.2 on W2K3 SP1 DE CAG 4.2 Communication between CAG & AAC is 80 (unsecure)
Any idea on this topic?

Hi,
sometimes I have the same problem :
- Refresh logon point page (AAC Console)
- Re-deploy your logon point with server configuration (delete + deploy)

Have you customised the logon point?
The Gateway will show a 404 after endpoint analysis has run and results.aspx is loaded if the logon point has been customised with incompatible code. An example of this will be jpg images (it seems that only .gifs can be used).
Also when using custom images, reboot the gateway appliance after the logon point has been changed.

Thanks for your replies.
The Logon Point is default, no endpoint control or something else is enabled. Also LogonPoints with different setttings can´t be displayed correct. 404 Error appears in every case. The images in the page are the two default citrix-gif´s, no user-defined jpg´s or anything else.
The behaviour is reproducable. Just take a default CAG with a default AAC, communicating over unsecure line with port 80.
I´ve no idea at the moment, so I´ve opened a case at citrix support in ireland!
Thanks for your help,
cheers, Ralph

Hi Raph,
Do you have the required ports open from the AAC Server to the AG, TCP Ports 9001 - 9005 i believe are required for updates and notification.
Also in the AAC Console under the Gateways node, does your gateway report a 200 Success status?
Regards,
Dave

Hi Dave,
I´ve already tried this. I´ve also put the CAG and the AAC in the same subnet, with no port rules or application filter. Same result, this doens´t solve the issue! :-(
Cheers,
Ralph

Just to clarify, if you take the appliance out of the equation and just hit the aac server directly (http://<servername>/citrixlogonpoint/<logonpointname> , do you still get the same 404 error?
