Hi,

We have configured our CAG with eth0 ip in dmz and eth1 with ip in lan and put int he FQDN field our public ip address.
If we type https://<public-ip-address> we get page can not be displayed can somebody help.

I can access it via the lan ip.

Is the eth0 address externally routable or are you using NAT?

If it is externally routable can you log onto the box via the external IP (or the eth0 address if you are using NAT) from a machine within the DMZ network?

I suspect that your problem will be down to one of two things, either an issue with NAT if you are using it, or routes.

We found out that our firewall was not accepting connections on the public ip address.
Configured and all went fine.
