In case you haven't heard Citrix are runnign something called the Power-Up promotion for MSAM users with subscription. Basically if you buy a Gateway appliance before 30th June then you get free Gateway CCU's which apparently then allows you to move to the Access Gateway Enterprise product with appliance integration later this year.

This isn't a sales pitch for Citrix, but if you have MSAM then have a look at this option.

This campaign is running in the US and UK, I don't know about other regions.
